Ciaran Hourican Contracting Limited (CHCL) is a full-service general contracting and construction company with expertise in high-profile and complex projects for both public and private sector customers. We offer a range of services, including small and large civil engineering works, consulting, general contracting and construction, complete exterior solutions, and integrated hardscape and landscape services throughout the midland’s region of Ireland.
Headquartered in County Longford, CHCL specializes in building new facilities as well as renovations, restorations, extensions, and modernizations of small and large-scale residential, commercial, institutional, and government buildings. Our projects include private homes, offices, schools, multi-family residential properties, community centres, restaurants, pubs, cafes, coffee shops, factories, monuments, museums, and a range of other construction and landscaping solutions.

Founded by Ciaran Hourican in 2007, CHCL has a strong legacy in the construction industry in Ireland. Ciaran is a seasoned business development professional and a graduate of Dundalk IT. His extensive experience and leadership have guided the company to numerous successful contracting and construction projects.
